Great customer service! Kind and professional staff that takes good care of you! Also, Lisa I believe her name is at the front desk is very helpful and kind, she gave my daughter crayons and colouring sheets while we waited. She made the experience fun for my child.
Never had any problems here. Staff is great. My issue is the we have to check-in. Instead of a person we now have to use a computer terminal to do it. Not everyone is computer savvy and there are times where you can see ppl are having trouble and getting frustrated. Plus the wait to use the only terminal can be long. Some ppl have problems standing for a long period of time so having them stand their and wait is not acceptable . Plus with the large screen ppl can see your personal information
I was experiencing heartburn following a couple hours of palpitations, along with a throbbing pain that would spread through different parts of my upper body like my shoulders and arms. So, I had my brother drive me here. The staff were nice, and I got a room after giving the desk clerk my information and paying a $145 downpayment for the visit. They did an ECG but didn’t see anything abnormal. The doctor was still concerned so he recommended we go to the ER. We denied the ambulance and my brother drove me to Northwestern. They sent me a bill later for the ECG that was $33. And today they updated it with the visit cost which was $647, for a total of $680. To be fair,...read full review
