This is a bait-and-switch scam. I received an estimate for chandelier cleaning. On the day of service they arrived 40 minutes late. They didn't even unload any cleaning supplies and went directly to chandelier to take a photo of the chandelier, which they already had, and then started calling his management. Afterward, he returned to tell me that the initial estimate was incorrect and quoted a price three times higher. Avoid this service.

Wonderful service and equally wonderful staff! Simply Transparent does not disappoint. I've been using them for over 14+ years and they have done an amazing job every time - from windows to light fixtures - they are SIMPLY the BEST!! Thank you Ben, you have an awesome crew!!
