We arranged for Royal to clean our ducts and vents recently as it had been years since it was last completed. David and Gary arrived early (a text was sent to notify that they were in route) of the scheduled time - which I greatly appreciated. After a quick walk through of the house and job to be done, they got to work. It took about 3 hours to complete a deep clean, sanitize and dryer vent cleaning for a 2,000+sqft house. Upon completion, they reviewed the process and provided some helpful tips to ensure a clean environment.
