Dean will tell you that you don’t pay the final payment until you are happy with the work and that is true. Dean is good to work with and his guys are top notch. I had some cedar siding that was rotten and some water damage behind it. At every point where his carpenter Danny found an issue he would show me the problem and Dean would follow up with the options and costs. I also had my whole exterior painted and all new gutters with gutter guards installed. I was very happy with all the work and would not hesitate to recommend Dean and his crews. This is the 3rd time that I hired Dean to paint my house exterior. All good experiences.
Perfected Painting (Dean) did a fantastic job at our house. Not only does the painting look great but Dean’s guy Tony also taped drywall and installed new baseboards! I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work and they were always on time and always helpful with whatever we needed. Dean always returned my calls and that doesn’t always happen when you’re dealing with contractors. I can’t say enough good things about this company and I would use them again for sure!!!

When I called Perfected Painting and Home Services, Dean answered the phone. This in itself was amazing since it’s so hard to get contractors to call you. Dean came to the house to look things over and gave the estimate the next day. Tony, the painter, did an excellent job painting our basement, bathroom and kitchen. He also installed baseboards and trim. Very satisfied with their work and pricing. Now they feel like family!!
