“A really great place to get infusions. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The nurses are amazing, friendly, and so knowledgeable while being willing to listen and learn from patients. I can feel at ease coming in for infusions because I know my concerns will be taken seriously and things will be explained to me. I've actually learned a lot about IVs and what works for my body. The facility is always clean and comfortable and I really enjoy the private rooms. Overall Premier Point turns what could normally be a very stressful and uncomfortable experience into a good one.“

“This was my first appointment at IVX Health after 2+ years of treatments. All of their employees make you feel like family versus a number walking in the door. My kids were able to join me in our private treatment room. There were a variety of drinks and snacks to choose from, and a couch for the kids to relax while I had a comfortable recliner. They offered a television for entertainment, which we played "Aquaman" in the background, but we had brought a card game to play while I received my medication. It was such a different environment than I have been used to in hospitals. Very Happy I made the switch.“

“We spend way too much time here as 3 of my kids have allergies as well as hubby! We see Dr. Gutt who is in the office on Mondays only and the rest of the week he is in the St. Charles office. Dr. Gutt is great with kids of all ages. He really works with the older ones teaching them to be responsible for their health and managing their allergies. (I need all the help I can get on this!). He also is great with the free samples and that is wonderful. The staff here is friendly and very helpful. I can't tell you how many times I've called to find out when one of them needs another shot. (First you go weekly, then you go on maintenance which is every 3 weeks and not having 2 kids in sync messes me up). I also have to bring the little man with me when I take the older kids here and they do have some toys for him to play with, so that helps. The waiting area has the most recent copies of People and some other good magazines, so the waiting after the shot isn't too bad. My only beef with this place is that they only have 1 night where their shots are given past 5. They have no weekend shots. So you really have to plan ahead as far as when you are going in and that can get tricky if you are working or have lots of kid stuff to drive to and from.“
