Called in the morning because our garage door spring broke and we could not open it. Oz was out before noon. He went over with me what was wrong, what should be replaced, pricing, and warranty and got right to work. He was done before the hour was up. He was very kind and courteous. My technician arrived on time and was very communicative about when he would come. I was able to do some work instead of waiting around for his arrival. He was very friendly and had everything he needed with him to do the repair. He explained what he wanted to fix and was upfront about the cost so there were no surprises. He fixed everything quickly. The process was seamless and efficient. I appreciate that he was careful not to let our pets out of the yard, and he even pet and interacted with our big, dumb dog, which was very sweet.
