My garage door opener chain and cable broke so I called another highlight rated company for a quote. The guy came in took one look at it and said you need to replace the opener and quoted me 1K. He said your opener is really old and needs to be replaced and you should look at a new door too (my door was perfectly fine, old, but fine). I said thank you I’ll sleep on it. They came out the same day. Their communication was excellent. Oz was very good at laying what was needed vs what he would recommend. He clearly laid out my options along with the prices for each. The whole thing only took 2 hours despite the scope increasing during the job.
The tech was friendly, went straight to work
He checked 2 double wide garage doors. He adjusted the sensors in one and lubed both. He tightened one chain
