Brad Logan and his crew are the best contractors I have ever worked with. I have had many rehab projects over the years, so I am used to missed deadlines, poor communication and sloppy work. That is NOT the case here. There is always something that goes wrong, of course, but Brad has done 2 projects for me, and he and his crew are timely, responsive, skilled, reasonably-priced and very nice people. And they clean up after themselves. I would highly recommend them!
