I can’t say enough good things about Countryside. They were there every step of the way when our mom passed in January, and then again in February when our father passed. We worked with Mike, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. When our mom passed in January, the weather was snowy and cold, Mike hand delivered the guest sign in book and the memorial cards to make sure they were at the church in time. Everybody there is compassionate and caring.
They explained in details what's to be done, and did exactly what they said. My family and I are very impressed with how my sister's cremation was handled with dignity. I highly recommend this place.
They were very caring and attentive and professional. I was very impressed by some of Mike's recommendations that worked out beautiful the day of. The two ladies on the day of were awesome. One was Ann and I apologize the other name I was a little preoccupied. Honestly everything was positive and made it so much easier to deal with the service with all the kids and family. very pleased with the outcome
