She explained exactly what is going on with my body & gave me a half Swedish, half Sport massage as she knew that is what I needed. I was amazed at how my body fared in comparison to others. I was shown techniques & given simple tips to improve my overall health. Yareli really pushed me to evaluate how I can better take care of myself. Regular massages covered by insurance would be an added bonus. Definitely looking forward to more massages with Yareli!
