Excellent communication. I put something out that was too big. The driver put a note on it explaining why they couldn’t take it and how to fix it so they could.I always see the drivers collecting trash that fell out of the bins.Service: Trash removal & disposal

As part of the service contract we get unlimited yard waste removal. I called and confirmed with the customer representative the length, width, and weight that is allowed for yard waste. I bundled everything per their requirements and in yeah day not everything was taken. It's very frustrating paying for a service that your not getting. Also they increased the price without any notification. It went from $45 to $75 and nothing was sent out about this.Service: Yard debris removal

The drivers are so good. Very professional. They always leave the area clean.too bad the people that put the garbage out are so lazy they don't break down the boxes and leave an unnecessary mess for the drivers. I compliment your drivers. They do a great job.Service: Trash removal & disposal
