Found they never put insulation in are attic and they told us its past are year, so i called the winnebago inspector and he said they dont have to inspect insulation. I then figured out who was supposed to insulate and they came out the next day and sprayed in insulation at no charge! But we went 2 years with no insulation in are attic and why vulcan couldn’t reach out to there sub contractor! And this is just the main one of many issues. There should ba a law against allow them to continue to take advantage of people

We have lived in our home for three years. We have reported issues upon issues even during our one year punch list. Well needless to say do to poor install and Lack of care for their work we have had to shell out thousands of dollars to get things fixed. They continue to change their name so they can’t get in trouble. This process and house buying has been a nightmare to say the least. Especially for two combat veterans that used their VA home loan to buy their first house for a family of five. I would never recommend these builders due to their lack of communication and pride in their work.

UPDATE: we just recently had to remove the trim from our powder room to install a sliding barn door. See pictures of the trim pieces that Vulcan put to support the window and also notice there is no frame for the door either . This is just a tiny example of the most horrible, unethical, shotty, shady work they do.We purchased our home in July 2021. Since then, Vulcan has dissipated and started new companies because of all the lawsuits and poor reputation. Buyer BEWARE if you see any homes for sale by White Oak Home Builders - owner/Josh Petry or Selene Homes - owner/Jennifer Jeffrey .They were the owners of Vulcan. We still are waiting for our one year warranty repairs...read full review
