Would give 0 stars if I could. Dealing with this builder has been nothing less than a nightmare since purchasing a newly built house from them. Poor workmanship, poorer communication, zero accountability. Will never recommend any Petry business, even to my worst enemies. Buyer beware!

If zero stars were an option that’s what Petry would get. We’ve been in our house 5 years and are still discovering new problems. Today we found that our gas lines were loose and that they had wrong piping to our water heater. Stay far away from Petry/other alias names they use to cover up their poor work with. Not sure how much additional money we’ve forked out for their mistakes. Their warranty is a joke also because it takes them forever to respond.

Have heard nothing but issues from our neighbors regarding Vulcan/Petry and whatever other aliases this company goes by. We have also had our own problems with them not doing this up to code. If you want a fast build, these companies are perfect for you. But if you want it done properly? Steer clear from these builders.
