“For the first time ever, we boarded our 2 dogs for three nights at Stonenbridge. We met with the staff and to see the facilities a few days before leaving and we felt welcomed and had all our questions answered. Setting up an online account and making reservations was pretty simple. Staff was equally welcoming and informative when we dropped the doggies off. Staff also sent us an unprompted email update on them while we were gone. They were very cooperative with a family member picking the doggies up, and also responsive to us after we returned home, because one of our dogs was a little off.
We were so happy with the boarding service we will use their grooming service, and are considering doggy daycare so the pups get a little more socializing with their canine pals.
Great staff that conveyed a sincere affection for animals, good facilities, fair price...in the Rockford/Machesney/ Roscoe area, Stonenbridge is a great choice!”

“Visited for the first time recently. Staff was very nice (Mackenzie was an absolute star!) and accommodating. They have you call when you arrive and wait in your car, so you're not sitting in a waiting room with a bunch of stressed pets. The wait wasn't very long and the visit was pretty efficient. They were very willing to provide estimates for services, which was such a relief. It really helped with being able to plan for further care. Also, the building was handicap accessible which is always appreciated.”
