I’ve had Dr. DiLeonardo as my primary care provider for a little over a year, and I am grateful for everything she has done so far. I first saw her before becoming pregnant with my second child, and then most of my care transitioned to my OB-GYN during pregnancy until 6 weeks postpartum. After developing preeclampsia and continuing to have high blood pressure postpartum, my blood pressure management was transferred to Dr. DiLeonardo.

I went to Dr. DiLeonardo for my yearly check-up and she was awesome. We got a lot done in just about an hour, and she really listened to everything I had to say. She didn’t rush me and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. You can tell she really cares about her patients. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a good doctor.
I can honestly say that I received the best personal care from Dr Natalie and her staff. I have lived in multiple states and have had many medical providers over the last 50plus years and can say that as a hypochondriac; I have never been put more at ease and felt relief during and after a visit to a medical provider. The care and follow up of the staff at OSF Roscoe exceeding all my expectations astronomically. The facility is far and above most medical clinics in operation and not the constant carousel settings of most medical operations.
