Today was our pet's first visit. We were nervous trying a new groomer but glad we did. I called for an appointment and got in 2 days later, which shocked me. The communication prior to the visit was great and I appreciate the confirm text message. Our Golden Retriever hadn't been groomed since late last year but we do what we can to keep her brushed. The groomer did a great job reducing her winter coat, trimming hair and nails along with a shampoo. We were very pleased with the outcome and our pup seemed happy when we picked her up.
After my dog was sprayed by a skunk I was desperate to get him in for a bath, there were no appointments available for about 5 days but I called and they were able to squeeze him in. I’m very grateful for them, thank you again! Another great experience today, my dog decided to take a swim in the pond (not on purpose) and he smelled pretty terrible, after his bath today he’s smelling better than ever and he’s back to getting his cuddles. He’s so soft! The Christmas pictures are an awesome touch! I’ve had great experiences with a few different techs now and highly recommend this place. Also the owner is very knowledgeable and explains stuff well. Everyone’s very friendly , even the cat up front was friendly and I’m not much of a cat person. We will continue to come back, hopefully not for a skunk or pond water though! Very grateful, love this place and the people!
So glad I saw the advertisement for this place on Facebook through a roscoe page! They were super friendly and did an excellent job on my crazy labs! 🤪 I appreciate you being understanding and still taking them in with me being late! Definitely will recommend you and hope you'll take Hunter and Charlie again soon!
