VNA Romeoville was great! New patient, super easy to make an appointment. They have epic app connectivity. The office is super clean. And safe with divided chairs. Admin was professional and kind. My son’s new PCP Jessica Lawler was AMAZING. And the staff was calm and patient. Everyone on staff this morning was 10/10 stars for new patients with ASD and being nonverbal. The way they cared and listened and adapted. Super proud of my son. And super proud to have a great health care team for our little township. Staff & my Doctors are amazing. Check in process can be done online or at the counter. However, you need to know if you are coming to see a doctor or getting lab work done. There 2 different ways to check in.
I’ve been searching for years, a good place that accepts my insurance & actually validates me. I will forever come here just because of how respectful & professional they are. Literally every facility I’ve been to, was amazing. My concerns were never dismissed and they would go through everything individually with me & find a solutions. Even if it’s just a slight concern, they rather test and confirm then to question. It feels like my health has dramatically taken a shift & this is the only place that actually wants to give me answers.
