I had a great experience looking around this warehouse. Joe, the salesman, was very knowledgeable and approachable. There was a large selection of quarts, granite, and porcelain to choose from. Definitely worth checking out.One thing to note: they will not provide you with pricing per slab or price per square foot. Instead, slabs are rated with numbers from 1-5 to signify the general cost per slab. This is because they sell to the contractors/vendors directly, who then prices it out for the customer, you.

Great selection and friendly staff. Finally found a slab that fit perfect with our new kitchen design, and then was told the slab was sold. No sticker on the slab indicating that it was sold. Even better, no new slabs of what we were looking for were coming in. Why not pull the slab off of display so that people like me don't get excited when I finally found the slab I was looking for only to have it not be available. Disappointed on their approach.

I was very pleased with the customer service I received at Primus. Joe, the salesman, was very kind and patient in helping me pick out the granite slab for my countertops. He took the time to explain the differences in prices of the slabs and also what might look best in my home. I was very pleased with my selection after it was installed in my kitchen. Thank you Joe!
