Ted went above and beyond to come out and quote us for a 6’ cedar privacy fence - Maggie was great at keeping us updated with scheduling details / instructions - the crew worked their tushies off on a hot day and did an *amazing* job getting our fence up quickly but efficiently, and left the work site very clean! Very fair pricing as well. Overall from start to finish highly recommend this company!
Had contacted Northwest Cedar for a new fence. Was not exactly sure what I was looking for. Tim was a class act and wonderful sales man who left me with several options. He returned every message and was super communicative.
Once I selected the fence to install Tina handled all the annoying little details like making sure all the Ts were crossed and Is were dotted. Was manly the communication at that point as to when the install would take place and what needed to be done. I was lucky enough to get an installer by the name of Cruise. As someone who doesn’t typically leave a lot of reviews, after my experience with NW Fence I knew I had to. Ted came out initially to survey where the fence would go, made some great recommendations on the fence material and location for where the fence would start and end, and worked with me to get a great price. Maggie in the office did an excellent job coordinating the logistics and ensuring the permit was figured out, the yard was marked by Julie, and I had all the info needed.
