Hard to give them a rating.... BECAUSE THEY DON'T FOLLOW UP ON APPOINTMENTS.. Called them about a issue I was having. John came out, looked at it, said we will call you and make a appointment.5 days later I had to call them. They said we will be out Friday.. Friday comes, they call... we have to cancel.. we will call you Monday or Tuesday...Well..... now it's Friday again. No call... I don't think I should have to be the one following up on this. Obviously they can't do the basics So... Good luck. Highly disappointed.

This is the first time I have used Wooten Electric but I would definitely use them again. They were referred to me by a friend who knew someone who used them. We had a four foot long pendant light that has 5 hanging glass globes that needed to be installed on the ceiling in our dining area and we wanted it done right. We also needed the ceiling wiring box moved a few inches because it wasn't in the right location. They sent one of their electricians named Daniel who was very professional and knowledgeable . He completed the entire job exactly to our needs and specifications and the installed fixture is perfectly placed over our dining table. I wouldn't hesitate to trust...read full review
