“the staff varies quite a bit in skill. the standout is definitely gayatri. infinite stars for her. she’s very careful, knowledgeable about eyebrow shapes, and really pays attention to symmetry, which makes a big difference.

unfortunately, the other workers i’ve had tend to be rough with their hands or end up messing up my eyebrows completely. if you want a clean, precise threading, i definitely recommend asking for gayatri specifically.“

Claudia walked me through step by step and even showed me all the utensils that would be used during the service. The room was clean, and the table was extremely comfortable to lie on for an hour while my lashes processed. I enjoyed the music she had playing in the background, but she is also okay with you putting your own music or storybook on. She made me feel so comfortable during the process, and the results were everything I was hoping for! I am so happy with how my lashes turned out. 5/5 would recommend, and I will definitely be going back!“
