I have been using the services of Phoenix Heating and cooling since they took over Winters’. I have found them to be reasonable, very helpful, and respond quickly when needed! Marco cleaned my a/c today and did a great job!
Anthony from Phoenix looked at the flue from the furnace and water heater. He was very knowledgeable and determined that the current system is working as expected. He instructed me about the different dampers on the ventilation system, the humidifier filter, the air filter, humidifier damper, condensate drain, fan speeds, and house air quality. Anthony made suggestions about some things I could to reduce the amount of dust that is entering the heat exchanger/evaporator. My bill for this was $0.00. Very knowledgeable (expert), honest, fast, if you have an issue with HVAC, Anthony is someone you need to look at your HVAC system.
May 2025 : Our first experinece with Phoenix : Angel did an excellent job fixing our air conditioning! He was knowledgeable, professional, and provided top-notch service. Booking was easy, the appointment was right on time, and everything was handled efficiently. We were so impressed, we signed up for the maintenance program on the spot. Highly recommend!

Carl and David recently installed a new furnace and water heater in our home, and they did a fantastic job from start to finish. They arrived on time, were professional and respectful throughout the day, and made sure everything was done right.
