I went in on a Sunday morning and was seen right away. I had pink eye and an ear infection. Checkin was fast and easy using the QR code. They took my vitals, weight, height. It was like a regular doctor appointment. The doctor was very pleasant and caring. He prescribed my antibiotics and I was on my way. From checkin to leaving was only a half hour. I will say though, that there was only one person ahead of me when I arrived. When I left there were about 5 people there. So your wait time may vary, but it seems to be run very efficiently. From the moment I booked my appointment I was impressed by the kind and compassionate treatment I received. This carried through to the efficient and thorough examination and review with their clinician. I haven't been this comfortable in a medical setting in a long time. I'm grateful for the care I received and for the kindness!
The staff and the doctor were very nice and didn't mind answering my questions and helpful and I love the new check-in process, it's so much more convenient with the Solv app!!!
