They don’t follow queue. Online checkin is waste. You need to wait. After online enroll, you walk in and told the stylist she needs to check you in , so you won’t loose your place in waitlist.But the stylist have to remember who came in first and call upon one by one, doesn’t sound right to me.

I've been ther a few times I'm am currently cultivating a relationship with my artists. I am reasonably happy hopefully going forward once they understand exactly how I like my haircut I will raise my rating and reevaluate this review

Emily put in a lot of effort to make my haircut look great. Everyone else I've seen there has been terrific, too. Thanks!Update: After going here for years now, I can say everyone is always friendly and helpful ... Plus, they do great work.
