worst experience anyone can imagine! Ripped out my 220 in the garage. destroyed a bathroom ceiling trying to wire an exhaust fan - cut half the ceiling out and left it on the floor. left a safety hazard with a switch that tripped a breaker every time it was used. removed perfectly good switches and outlets and shoved the wires up in the wall with no cover plate. cut plaster walls to locate wiring in an excessive amount. I stalled recessed lighting by tearing up planks in the attic and covering the wires with installation - fire hazard. cut recessed lighting holes too large instead of using the supplied template! promised to fix all issues and ghosted me. lies lies lies excuses - took the money and ran! Robert Jimenez should be ashamed of himself. what a disgrace to a family business!

A couple of times Bob Jimenez was responsible and did his job. The last time he disconnected my master room fan that was not working. For the installation of the new one he never came. I talked to him a few times and always gave me an excuse including the one that I confused the day he was supposed to come to my house. I played along this and he said” give me ten minutes. I will call you back” That never happened, he never came. I found somebody else to do the job.Service: Electrical outlet & switch installation

I called him for an estimate it’s my rental property which is 45 minutes away from my house he scheduled the time but didn’t showed up I called him he said he’s stuck in traffic but actually lying cuz I could here it he was working somewhere and he said he is not too far so I waited for him but after an hour I texted him he said he’s stuck in traffic again so I waited another 15 minutes but he didn’t showed up so finally I called him he disconnected my phone then finally I realized he was lying from the beginning that’s very unprofessional I wasted 3 hours sitting on the street for him people like will not survive in business for to long I will tell people...read full review
