Northwest Eyecare

After having an awful experience at an old eye doctor’s office I had been to for many years and always felt unwelcomed at in general, I started coming to Northwest in Lanark! Dr Coy has been extremely patient with me. I’ve gone through several trials, I’ve lost count, probably 6-8 different sets. The staff is always very friendly and reassuring that I’m not an idiot, and they’ll work hard to get me in the right contacts! Specifically, at the call center I remember Alli off hand, I’ve spoken with her several times, and I believe also a Stacey (?) and possibly a Dani? I can’t recall, but I believe it was a D name! Also, the two front desks ladies in Lanark who have also been so nice anytime I’ve had to come in! Very welcoming environment. I really like how Dr Coy explains why he’s doing what and gives options and preferences before just jumping to doing whatever he thinks and not filling me in throughout the way. The lack of experience is my own problem, my eyes, but the staff and Dr Coy have been beyond patient and kind during the process!

Doctor Hanlon made be feel very comfortable during my eye examination. And he explained, in detail, the process. The young lady that performed the routine testing before my exam was very personable, professional, and courteous. I have never had a better experience at an eye doctor appointment than this one.
