With this bitter cold weather here, yesterday we had a problem with our furnace. We called Dan at D&W heating. Even though that day he was really busy, he sent his technician over within an hour. He was able to fix our problem in less than an hour. He installed a new thermostat, which makes it so much easier to operate! Technician was courteous, knowledgeable and professional! We highly recommend D&W heating.

My furnace stopped working so I called a local place to come out and check it out. They apparently don't work on the kind of furnace I have so they suggested I call D & W. I called right away and they had a technician over here within a few hours. He diagnosed and fixed the problem, did a general maintenance and cleaning of my furnace, gave me some tips and answered all my questions! He was very friendly and informative! It was a much cheaper fix than I had anticipated too. Good experience overall!
