Called D & W at 9:30 about my broken air conditioning unit. They called me back at 11:30 and said there was a technician available. Talk about fast service !! Josh came and was very polite and courteous. He had my failing capacitor fixed and my air conditioning going in an hour. Josh was very thorough and very knowledgeable about his work. He tested and cleaned everything. He also wore shoe covers to keep my house clean. I would recommend D & W to anyone for heating and air conditioning service in the Sauk Valley area. They are so professional !! Thanks D & W !!

Just had Josh out here to fix our heater and he was great! Got us up and running with heat, put in a new air filter and was very informative. Very professional and through ? highly recommend him!
