I recently had my two layers of shingles, torn off and boards replaced. Tarps were laid on my lawn to catch any debris that may have missed the dumpster. Everyone was very kind and very informative. The guys were great and worked their tails off in the cold to get the siding up on the cupola. This is my 2nd time with Boss Roofing. The first go-around was the roof of our big corn crib. Loved those guys as well. They spent a lot of time making sure things wete done right.
I was impressed with the professionalism of everyone involved. Casey is a very good sales rep…patient and not pushy and very knowledgeable. I always had a quick response to whatever the need was. I was impressed too by Teresa…I was so happy to see the foreman/woman was a female. She was very polite and did a very good job and stayed the whole time the work was being done. She was very helpful and was very easy to talk to and ask questions of.
