Victory Home Care is an excellent place to work for! The management team is always on top of everything and so supportive. My experience at victory home care has been fantastic and I would definitely have to say has been the place of employment i’ve ever worked for. The staffing team always works effectively together to make sure every client is covered with the best possible care. I could never thank victory home health care enough for the experience they have blessed me with!
We look forward to seeing our caregiver. Her schedule is flexible, and she is willing to stay longer if we need her. She has texted and called several times, just to see how my wife was doing and included her in her prayers.
I cannot say enough good things about this organization. From the first contact with Holly to the ongoing care for our Dad (Mom died on 2/19). The women with our parents' care, Angie & Dana, have been amazing - loving, patient, professional, respectful, and so kind. The apartment has never been cleaner, but much more important, they greet my bewildered & broken hearted Dad in the mornings with a calm sweet "Good Morning Bob. Are you doing alright? I'll get your coffee for you ....." If you're looking for dependable and wonderful help - you've found it
