Not sure who serviced & styled my sister’s hair on Friday 12/20/2024, however she was there for 6 hours for an updo. She had an appointment and was not a walk-in. The style was not professionally done and of course she didn’t have time to go elsewhere because her bday party was in a few hours. She stated the stylist offered no apology let alone a discount…smh 🙄

I agree with previous reviewer that keke does a great job, but she is not consistent with responding to new customers. I can take my business and money elsewhere because she's way too busy to call or text back timely to new clients, otherwise a great stylist!

The stylists are friendly, the atmosphere is chic and cleanly, and I was able to get a walk-in appointment with Charro. Charro was gentle with my hair and did a great job. Tasha did my niece's hair for her graduation and it turned out beautifully as well. Highly recommend.
