I am a flight attendant and I used to go to this dental office several years ago, however, my insurance had changed so that forced me to another Dental. This particular dentist was unable to correct a problem that he caused which was a broken and as he was checking the broken tooth he knocked out or loosened an implant. When I asked him to fix the implant that fell out while eating a Sweet Potato!!!, he replied i am unable to fix it and would have to pull! Again, I am a flight attendant, my smile is part of my job so I called A to Z Dental where I learned that the new dental insurance that I carry, they accept!!!!! Dr. Zhang is a wonderful dentist who provided me with the best possible dental experience when repairing my chipped crown. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring, which instantly put my dental anxiety at ease. Dr. Zhang took the time to explain the entire repair process clearly, walking me through every step and ensuring I felt completely comfortable and informed.
