Superb service and quality workmanship! John installed our new Kinetico water softener and did an amazing job with all the plumbing, etc. My experience with the company from start to finish was great. Family operated business that cares about quality!

I contacted Mohr Plumbing because I wanted a Kinetico water softener and they were one of the closest dealers (50 miles away). The owner came on-site promptly and tested the water and found that even though I was on city water my water was very hard and we had a lot of chlorine smell. She recommended a softener that handled both water problems and within 3 weeks a new unit was installed. I was worried because where the water line came into the house was over 40 feet away from the drain that would be needed when the softener regenerated. This was not a problem and they ran a plastic flexible line up the wall, through the floor trusses, and down to the floor drain. The reason this is important is because the other two dealers (not Kinetico dealers) required the drain to be within 10 feet and they wanted to charge $1,000 to break up the floor and install a drain line!! Mohr Plumbing explained that the Kinetico used water pressure to discharge the water and it could easily push it up and over to the drain - fantastic! The installation of the softener and plumbing work was top notch and they even installed a whole house filter in front of the softener to ensure that everything would be clean before the softener. I am so pleased with this softener, it uses very little salt and the water is less than 1 grain of hardness. I test the water monthly and it's never more than 1. Great product, great dealer, and I highly recommend them for all plumbing and HVAC needs.
