Quick turnaround for cleaning my mom’s computer. Was very understanding about a senior citizen’s use and understanding of computers. Answered all questions in “layman’s” terms. Went above and beyond. Will DEFINITELY recommend to anyone that uses a computer.
I am a college student and I needed my laptop repaired ASAP so I could get one of my important papers finished. I found Trusted IT. After reading their 5-star Google reviews I felt very comfortable taking my laptop to them. They were able to provide me with a free estimate the same day. Their estimate was very reasonable and I agreed to have them proceed with the repair. I was able to pickup my laptop the following day and everything is working perfectly! I was having issues with my computer and I called a few companies for repair. When I spoke with one of the technicians at Trusted IT they were very friendly and knowledgeable. I knew right away that's where I was going to bring my computer for repair and I am sure glad that I did. They provided me with a free estimate, told me exactly what was going on with my computer and what it would take to get it back up and running. Their repair estimate was very reasonable and they got my computer back to me the following day. I have to say it's running better than when I purchased it brand new.
