Fabulous experience. Jerri rapidly responded to my call and dispatched Nick and Maggie in short order. They stayed late to get the situation under control which i believe prevented permanent damage. All were kind, efficient and professional. They returned daily to monitor the situation and rotate equipment to optimize results. The last step is to get the carpeting restretched but I believe then it truly will look like it never even happened.
I called late Friday evening and left a message to see if I could get some help with a bad refrigerator issue. Servpro called me back immediately Monday morning and were happy to help resolve the issue that afternoon. They really saved me a lot of time and trouble searching for multiple specialists to help. Thank you! Servpro will be my first call from now on!
