“Ryan Melton from Right Rate Roofing answered my call from Ohio. I had several roofers in my area come to my home regarding re-roofing and ventilation. All of them seem fixated on selling me on their particular ventilation system with no other options. I have a hip roof and it doesn't have enough footage for a ridge vent , yet several roofer mislead me into thinking this was the solution to my ventilation needs. I saw one of Ryan Melton's YouTube videos on ventilation of a hip roof and found it refreshing that he addressed multiple options for a hip roof.With the use of my home measurements, especially the attic space , Ryan came up with a ventilation system that met the needs of my personal home. Ryan took the time to send photos of the products to be used and placed on a diagram of my home. He talked me through the whole process. The amount of detail and explanation Ryan gave me made me knowledgeable and confident about the ventilation of my home. I'm very thankful to Ryan for returning my Call and having the willingness to work with someone from out of state.
