Dr Ballard was able to set my hearing aids to a comfortable and useful level! He reduced the volume of annoying sounds such as the clanking of dishes and the piercing pitch of mechanical equipment backing up while, at the same time, maintaining an adequate volume for speech.
I went in for a hearing aid check with Dr Mandy and as usual she was very nice and made me feel special. She gave me a set of loaners so my hearing aides could be sent in for a check up since I thought I might be having a problem with one of them. Explained everything about the warranty ,I appreciated that. I have been seeing her since she started at Quincy Audiology and she has never disappointed me, I'm on my second set of hearing aids now. Thank you Mandy you are a very beautiful person. Kathy at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant.
Everyone is very friendly and helpful. When you are schedule for an appointment they are on time and you are taken care of immediately. I am extremely happy with the service I get at Quincy Audiology.
