I would highly recommend Quincy Audiology. It was a very pleasant experience. Everyone was very professional and kind. They explained everything very well. Dr. Ballard was very caring and supportive and listened to all my concerns and I would highly recommend him.
I have had audio test before but never this in depth. Prompt service and took the time to inform me of everything the Dr was doing. Never felt rushed to get to the next patient. Gave me a very in depth explanation of earring aids and their capabilities. Never tried to sell me on any specific one. Just gave me the information and let me decide. Highly recommend
Dr Ballard was so warm and friendly, while being completely professional and informative during the entire 2 hour testing process. He made me feel very comfortable! I really appreciated his willingness to explain each test and why it was necessary. I would recommend him to anyone!
