I'm sure they do good work and I know they the "Carrier" equipment they use is top notch. On my specific job, even though Rachel was super responsive, their technician was simply too busy to come over and give me a bid to do my job. Till his schedule would have worked to get me the bid, 'Nemo Heating and Air' had the job nearly complete!

I've used Peter's Heating & Air for over a decade on 4 different houses on both sides of the river. Never an issue. Always prompt to get to the job, figure out difficult issues on older equipment poirly installed by other companies and implement solid and lasting solutions to make it right every time. I use 'em every time for tune-ups, maintenance, replacements, or improvements.

The best price in the area. Customer service is top-notch. With their shoe booties and drop cloths, they always clean up after themselves. Lance and his team found our issue and were guaranteed it would be fixed and running the same day. They did exactly that! So glad the heat pump is running as it should be. Thanks
