“Got a pedicure today, and I didn't realize this until the end, but they closed at 6, I got there at 5:50...sign and internet said they closed at 7, one hour earlier in the winter-I had no clue this was already considered "winter." Anyway, they did a fantastic job, and gave zero attitude-like I said, I didn't know they closed at 6 and no one told me. They were so kind! I only found out as my last coat of polish was going on and another late Lucy client mentioned it! I was mortified!!!!! I do NOT do things like that! I apologized profusely; of course, they said no problem, but in my mind it still was and I felt very rude! ‍ Very nice place!“

“I’ve been a client of Melissa’s since moving to Quincy 5 years ago. I was in her salon today and had my usual shampoo, cut and style. Quite unexpectedly she gave me a very personal and well thought out Christmas gift and card that was very relative to me. She knew earlier that I was feeling troubled about recent health problems of mine and of my long time companion dog. She spoke to me with words of encouragement and sympathy.
