My cat, Karl, is feeling so much better, Bureau County veterinary was very patient, great service, explained everything well, handled Karl with care, thank you Anne Adams,DVM and staff, Sincerely, Cheryl Braboy

I would have nothing but praise for this vet clinic, I've taken my two dogs there to be neutered/ spayed and received excellent care for them both times. However, I am only giving a 4 star because I can NOT believe how rude the lady answering the phone after hours for emergencies was that lead me to hang up on her! I recently adopted a young male rabbit, I've never had a rabbit and so I wasn't sure what is and is not normal after neutering him. When I picked him up from the vet I was told that there was quite a bit of swelling and bleeding and to call if I had any questions or worries even if it was after hours ( I doubted that I would need to call but... read full review
