Top notch facility! When I think of Prairie City Rehab I think of it like a little cottage. When you walk in you’re greeted, and you feel at home and all the staff speaks to you like they have known you for years. It’s a great place to be!

It’s such a great place! The workers are so great and the atmosphere is very home like! I would recommend to anybody who wants their family member to be taken care of loved like family!
