Werner-Nugent Plumbing Inc. provided wonderful experiences for customers. The service managers and plumbers had great communication and completed projects on time. Customers highly recommend using their plumbing services. For an HOA condo, they were very responsive, getting a plumber out the very next morning. The plumber was very friendly and helpful, snaking and routing 50 feet of pipe and showing the before and after video. They removed amazing amounts of grease and lint. They are now the GO-TO plumbers on speed dial. For a condo countertop replacement, they sent a guy last minute who showed up early and got everything done in a few hours. They anticipated the work needed and were capable of being honest. Customers recommend them for their professionalism and estimate of the amount of work. Everyone interacted with was fantastic—communicative, professional and thorough. The service department was very helpful with coordinating a project with shifting timelines. The technician was polite, knowledgable and efficient. Highly recommend for anyone that needs plumbing in the Chicago area.

Great work and excellent customer service for our HOA condos. I spoke with Anthony and Mike and they were very responsive in getting getting their plumber Tim out the very next morning. Tim was very friendly and helpful. They snaked and routed 50 feet of pipe and show me the before and after video. AMazing how much grease and lint they removed. I would highly recommend them. We replaced the countertop at our condo prior to selling while we had tenants living in the unit. We weren't aware that we needed to bring a plumber until after the fact and due to the association we had quite a few limitations. We called these guys on Monday around 2:30 pm and were told that they could send a guy last minute Tuesday around 11 am. He ended up showing up around 9:30 am and got everything done in a few hours. They had to replace a part and had anticipated it going into the condo. We were only too happy to pay the bill and our tenants have gone back to being happy people paying rent.
