I had a plumbing emergency and first called another plumber who was available, but he could not fix the issue. I was still in urgent need, so I called Speedy Local Plumbing LLC, and I am very glad I did because they saved me a lot of money. Another plumber had inspected the problem and told me I needed a new cleanout installed, which sounded like it would cost hundreds of dollars. Donovan came out, checked everything carefully, found that the existing cleanout was already there, and quickly fixed the drainage problem without pushing extra work I did not need. We had 5 different plumbers come out over about a week for a plumbing issue. The first visit was an after-hours emergency call, and Frederick arrived. He was friendly, professional, honest, and easy to talk to. He explained the price up front and even charged less when the repair needed larger plumbing equipment. The next plumber was Donovan, and the experience was just as good. He found the problem, clearly explained what was going on with the pipes and drain line, and arranged for the next crew to come out.
