Olga is absolutely wonderful and so patient. I'm a huge chicken when it comes to needles and we have yet to have any issues. Olga is one of the only people who I do not have a full blown panick attack when they stick me. She is also extremely knowledgeable with any and everything offered through Drenched!!! ♥️♥️♥️
A few weeks ago, I became quite ill with some sort of stomach bug. After hours of being sick, I was incredibly dehydrated and unfortunately still very nauseous. I needed help with both ailments. Luckily, I reached out to DH and they were able to help. Olga and her assistant Eddy traveled to my home, in Normal, to assist in my sickness recovery. I was given lots of fluids and other various vitamins to expedite the healing process via IV. I was completely exhausted in my bed but knew I was receiving experienced, professional care. Soon after, I began to feel better. The next day, I felt stronger and a lot of my sickness was gone. I did a follow up IV, in the DH location two days later, and it was after that that I began to feel even better. It was incredibly easy to contact Olga and her flexibility made it even easier to schedule a house visit as well as an appointment in her location. I was treated with immense kindness and was checked in with several times over the course of the illness. Olga provides a therapeutic and empathetic touch in addition to her nursing skills which in turn made me feel confident in receiving services from her! I am so appreciative for DH’s quick response, flexibility and genuine concern for my well-being. It was a very personalized experience in which I felt the outmost professionalism and genuine care. I would highly recommend any of DH’s services to those who are interested. They will receive top notch care!
