“I’ve lived in my apartment for 7 years and the carpet looks brand new after Gem’s came and cleaned them. They were also done in less than an hour. My mom and grandma always used them growing up so I knew beforehand that they do awesome work. Gerry and his staff are amazing! Thank you again!!”
