I needed assistance in getting into a locked safe and I didn’t have a key. Brian came out the day I called and spent over an hour attempting to open it. Though he couldn’t do so, he took the time to download the manual and found the instructions for me to order a key. I never would have found that info on the safe if he hadn’t taken the time to do that for me.
He is patient, friendly and an true asset to Walden Lock Co and I recommend this company without reservation.

Got locked out of my house. Scott went over there as soon as he was done with his appointment. On time as he said. Very fast. Super nice guy to work with. Great price. Cost was a lot less than anyone else. Others could not give me a time when they could come out. Thanks again for the excellent service.
