I needed assistance in getting into a locked safe and I didn’t have a key. Brian came out the day I called and spent over an hour attempting to open it. Though he couldn’t do so, he took the time to download the manual and found the instructions for me to order a key. I never would have found that info on the safe if he hadn’t taken the time to do that for me. He is patient, friendly and an true asset to Walden Lock Co and I recommend this company without reservation.

Can't give 10 stars or I would. What an awesome team. I came in with a 93 corvette - I needed new door keys and had none of the originals. These guys tried EVERYTHING under the sun to help. Super helpful.

Brian changed locks out and helped me with the garage door keypad as well (which was above and beyond what he came for). He was competent, polite and prompt. I highly recommend Walden’s!
