Reviews highlight their work on basement stairs, small hardwood sections, and new hardwood in master bedrooms and guest rooms. The crew was efficient, completing two days of work in and out, using a dustless sander which was huge for clients worried about mess. Finish dried fast, with floors walkable by the third day. Stairs turned out better than pictured. Repairs were also a strength. Squeaky spots in an upstairs hallway were fixed by pulling up affected boards, finding loose subfloor screws and a gap needing shimming. Boards were replaced with matching stock, and the floor was silent. Warped floorboards by a back door were swapped out and stained to match, blending in well. The repair took less than a full day and the price felt fair. Quick work, no mess left behind, and the price was reasonable. The wood has a nice natural tone, boards are laid straight, with no gaps or uneven spots. Rooms feel more open with wood floors instead of carpet.
good floors good people. we needed the downstairs redone in hardwood and woodex handled the whole thing without me having to chase them for updates. the boards are laid tight and even, no gaps by the walls. they did a repair on a mushy patch by the patio door too while they were at it and you cant tell where it was. install was quicker than i braced for and they kept the mess down. floor has a nice solid feel to it not hollow. still looks great a couple months later no complaints!
Started with a quote, they went through the measurements and gave us a timeline that actually held up. New hardwood went in over a few days and each step matched what they told us going in. No surprises which is rare.
