My experience with Ultimate Independence was excellent. They consulted with my family regarding home renovations to make it more accessible. Initially, they listened to our concerns and ideas, and answered everyone's questions. Then they scheduled a convenient time to come out to the house, and showed up when they said they would. They did a thorough assessment of the inside and outside of the house, clearly described potential challenges and solutions, and gave a thorough explanation of their recommended plan. I was impressed by how well they understood what needed to be done, and was pleased by how they outlined several cost saving options. Ultimate Independence was respectful of our time and our budget. They were very professional, communicated clearly, and in the end helped us develop a plan that meets all of our needs and that we can afford.

We highly recommend Ultimate Independence for duct and dryer vent cleaning. They were very thorough, clearly explained the process and did a great job! Both John and Ryan were very helpful and polite and we couldn’t be happier with the results.
