I appreciate the technicians patience with us because we forgot to lock up our dogs this morning, when he arrived to service our yard. The company contacted me about the dogs and I asked if they could please come back, that I would be home in 5 minutes to lock up the dogs! The technician came back after I was home and he serviced our yard, which I was very grateful for! He could’ve left and went on about his route and left it for someone else to do the next day or so. Thank you for caring about your customers (and their forgetfulness)!!

The lawn maintenance technician, Devyn, did a great job servicing our lawn and yard, I also had a chance to meet him and ask him questions about the care of the lawn for the future, he was quite informative and suggested things to do to contribute towards the beauty and appearance of the lawn, thanks much TruGreen to have sent Devyn, Ethan
