This is my 2nd time calling PWA and they respond quickly no matter what time you call or text them. I texted them in the evening & they responded that same night within minutes. Bob came out the next day, took a look at my AC unit that had stopped working & let me know what the issue was within 10-15 mins and he was able to come back the same day with a new motor. Replaced it and fixed it! I will continue to call them whenever I have any issues. Bob is very professional and friendly!
We have known Bob & Brandy for years not only are they good people but they are great business owners! Our AC wasn’t working properly and Bob came out that day to look at it. He replaced a part but unfortunately we needed a new air conditioner. They came back the next day EARLY!! We were told 7:00 am and when I came downstairs at 6:45 they were waiting for us! They installed the new unit in less time then they had thought, the men working were very professional and the new unit is perfect!! Thank you so much Bob and Brandy!!
Bob is an awesome guy! Our AC went out last night and I left a message on his company voicemail. Bob texted me at 6:45am that he was coming over. He replaced part and AC fixed.
